What helped me was I first prayed and asked Jesus to help me loss the weight
I put my faith in God into Action and I was willing to be consistent and willing to do all things so I can be successful and overcome my obesity
My mindset changed and I’m still doing it and loving myself and my lifestyle
I work hard and I don’t give myself room for excuses
I get up every morning and I just do it
Sometimes my body needs the extra rest and I have learned to listen to my body and give it rest and I’m still going Strong
When it gets hard I keep praying for strength and to help me to maintain a positive attitude

My plan this past Monday was to go for 1 to 2 walks per day with a new friend (Kathleen Hart). Monday morning covid derailed those plans. Weight loss is happening but in the wrong way. I don't even want to drink so I have to force in water. I resorted to journaling 1 line per day. Starting with I want to weigh 135 @ 5'4". 2 days were at I will weigh. Today I'm at I weigh 135.

Did you start out walking 10k steps per day? I'm having a hard time getting to 10k just starting out. 3 years ago i was at my heaviest weight 245lbs. I started eating in a caloric defecit, deprived myself of alot of my favorite foods, went to the gym 5-6 days a week weight training and cardio, i lost 85 lbs in 7 months and gained 40lbs back in 2 years because it just wasn't sustainable for me. 2 weeks ago i started eating healthier and 1 week ago started walking for weightloss. I have an office job and sit at a desk for 8 hours a day, i am able to get a walk in on my lunch break and can never seem to break 8, 000 steps a day.

Do you have a favorite time of day to drink the LMNT? I would love that energy boost but I struggle with sleep so I do not want to do more harm than good.

So true either the sleep!! I'm usually a great sleeper, but I was off this week! And I always wanted to snack the last few days...the cravings were hard! Lolll
