You'll boost your heart health, fitness, and mood by getting your steps in at home. Whether the weather is bad, or you just don’t feel like wearing a mask sometimes, you wanna go for a walk without actually going outside. Unless you have a treadmill, going for a walk inside sounds like doing laps around your living room. Love your style! I am 69 and grateful to have found you on YouTube. You have been a cardio lifesaver with your low impact walking workouts. Would you consider doing a 2 or 3 mile walk?
For 6 weeks I was in a boot due to a fractured foot. That’s when I discovered your cardio chair. It was just what my cardiovascular health needed. I have tried your chair yoga which is also just perfect.
