Fast walking in LESS THAN 30 Minutes! Get your two miles in and tone up your arms, legs, back, and booty with these fun moves. One you start moving, you won't want to stop!

This workout is part of a series of #fitnessvideos that will get your heart rate up, and make you feel amazing without stress on your joints! It's low impact, and you hardly even have to think about it. I would call it an easy workout, but that would be a lie.

Taking things up a notch with (small) weights! If you have 2-3lb weights at home, GREAT! Bring them to this workout. If not; you can either do this workout without the weights or find something around your house that you can grip well to give you an extra challenge!

I just burned 196 calories with this workout, 2722 steps, and 48 zone minutes. 😄
I used 3 pound weights here for the first time, and it was doable, but I definitely felt it!
😊 This was my 2nd workout today. I did 20 minutes of HIIT earlier.
I’m 74, and I’ve been working out since January, and I do at least one of Jo’s videos daily. I’m down 35 pounds, but that doesn’t reflect my results so far that much, because I’ve gained muscle to replace the fat. The scale doesn’t tell the whole story.
I’m so happy to have discovered Growwithjo!

Day #4 Crushed! I can’t believe 10 months ago, I literally couldn’t do no more than 16 minutes! Now I am mastering it and doing a 30 day challenge! If anyone sees this lol, you got this.if you can do only 16 mins it’s ok, as long as you did a workout that’s all you need. You got this and you can Master it as well! WTG on your journey!

Last year I did this workout almost every day for 4 months, lost 16 pounds, and only 8 of them came back. Here I go starting the home workouts again, and this one is my favorite. Hopefully it works as well as it did last year 🤞

Hi Jo. I am a mom and due to a lot of health issues and a bad marriage i ended up weighing 270 lbs at 5 ft 4 !!! Its been a month since i discovered your channel and you have changed my life. I rediscovered my love for fitness and although i only lost 10 lbs so far i can tell im shrinking because my clothes fit better and do not pinch my fat like they used to. Being successful with consistent workouts has encouraged me to also tackle my comfort eating habits and choose better. The best part is being able to keep up with my toddler without feeling like im going to collapse. I am 32 years old and am 5'4". I have two little girls and underwent IVF treatments for both of them (which resulted in lots of weight gain). My oldest was born in March 2018 and my youngest was born in July 2019 (Just turned 3 and almost 2). I weighed 171 lbs on January 1st this year and have spent the last 3.5 months walking and counting calories. I am currently 143 lbs and just came across your channel a couple of weeks ago. This was my first time ever using weights in my life and I never exercise (other than walking...just started doing some of your other videos) and I made it through this whole video with 2.5 lb weights. I may not have done everything perfectly, but my FitBit says I burned 200 calories in 24 mins and I am dripping in sweat. I wanted to come on here to tell you that I found this workout to be perfect for me...it's challenging, but manageable...the right length and worked my whole body. I plan to come back to this one again and again. Thank you so much for making such easy to follow along videos that even us beginners can figure out. You really are an inspiration. Wow! I completed 16 mins! The main nerve in my back is pinched twice from the car accident I was in, and it was quite painful today! But I did 16 mins here and then did the 10 min workout I 1st started on! 26 mins today girl!
