Join me today for a full body barre workout. It is only 35 minutes long (half a length of my usual in studio class) but you will feel the muscles you never knew existed! As usual, you need a stable support (no barre - grab a chair or be creative!), a set of light dumbbells is recommended but not necessary, and a mat for added comfort :)
