I always forget how much taller I feel after a barre class. Do you feel that length too? Great way to work your pelvic floor so your ready to jump on that trampoline with me. Now I'm thinking we need to do a barre/trampoline workout.

My joints have been cranky after some hard workouts last week. I did one of your Pilates and then you had this today! I like the mix.
Would’ve loved a yoga flow sequence at the end to stretch it out
