I structured this video a bit different by adding stretches right after the strength work in the middld of the practice instead of saving the deep stretches for the end. Let me know below how this format felt and if you think I should make more like this. Thanks 🙏

You have a very calming yet cheerful voice, love your videos and your funny comments in between which add a unique spice to them. Would be great to have 15 minute long morning routines that have maximum amount of positions even if that would mean shorter holds in each position. Not sure if something like that is possible or even could be considered Yoga.

Hello from NJ, Tim! I was a yoga teacher (on the side) until COVID hit, then I got pregnant with my now 4 month old twins - so I've unfortunately strayed far away from my practice and my body hasn't been my own in over a year! This practice was a really nice return to my mat. Hope to get back to this again soon! Thank you for all you share.

Tim I’ve liked your practice for years but never commented and I know it helps so just wanted you to know I’m practicing in North Vancouver, Canada, and particularly like this vid because I’m working through some injuries, found it very subtle and focussed on lower body which suits me perfectly right now. Thank you!

We are still in lockdown in Victoria, Australia, so that also means remote learning for the kids. I have been doing my normal strength training in the mornings before my son gets up, and then after a full day of being the "teacher " with remote learning and also being the role of his friends in the playground playing and living in the moment, it's yoga time. When my son is in bed at night, that is the time I come to the mat and join you for some rejuvenation and looking inward for the yoga practice. Tonight, your practice was exactly what was the mind and body and soul needed. THANK YOU 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

Hey Tim, I' m practicing yoga for 14 years now. Among all the instructors I have been checking out, you remain my favourite one. I have done this twice so far. Calm, easy to follow and effective, perfect for wake up the body to start the day. Will be nice to see a new seasion of yoga for the core, for abs only for 30 min🤗. Thank again Tim, will do it again tomorrow before going to work. ❤🇷🇴🙏🧘‍♀️
