Welcome to this 30-minute full-body flow yoga practice for all levels to help improve your strength and flexibility. This class is ideal for people who want to release tension and open their bodies. We’ll begin with a sequence to build heat in the body and stoke the internal fire to help cultivate tapas. We'll then go into meditation before moving into a flow focused on the breath to help draw the awareness inward, followed by a standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hips and shoulders to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, neck and upper back.

Practice this yoga class at home, the gym, or outdoors; no equipment is needed. By the end of the practice, you will feel refreshed, balanced, and light.

Enjoy the nature sound of the ocean. Feeling relaxed & calm. Able to be present & letting go of things that no longer servicing us. Peace within the chaos. Accepting observing & no judgement. Blessings to ourselves & other. Inner peace & calm. 🥰👍
