Tim, the notification of the first video arrived on my phone, ready for Monday morning here in the UK. It was perfectly timed and well received! After waking up feeling unsure of the day ahead, I now feel ready, both in body and mind. Thank you. Looking forward to day 2.

Love your flow and energy. Have done Yoga for decades to center me. I am a 51 yr old chiro and homeschooling mom of 5. Now they have moved on to other schooling or life and i have more time. Yoga builds the fire in me to continue to give to others.Most recently, since 2020, I have been following Adrienne. Then I searched yoga for surfing because of a surf vacation we r planning for our 2nd sons college grad trip. I found you. I completed the 30 day challenge and now want to move on to this one! Hope to some day lead but now I am content to follow and flow.

Had to have 3 months off yoga but this practice has got me straight back into it. I’d almost forgotten how good it feels to stretch and concentrate, and when I complete a session, to be able to sit still and breeeaaathe 😌 I love how Tim explains what’s happening in a posture and how to breathe through it. And, as a 66 year old, I’m grateful for the modifications! Thanks Tim 🙌

Hi Tim, I revisited this as I had been doing too many Pilates work outs, oh my goodness, how I have missed my yoga, let this be a lesson to me, I feel wonderful. I find it hard to absorb myself in the relaxation at the end but listening to you talk through relaxing the muscles from head to toe keeps me on track. THANK YOU X

No matter what form of workouts you prefer, doing Tim's sessions at least twice a week will help immensely in mobility and muscle stretch.
