Thx for the video. For everybody who's doing glute bridges like do - be aware that your toes point forward. I wasn't aware that i tend to turn toes out during glute bridges and when i put my toes straight i literally could feel how differently are muscles involved.

Thank you gor understanding. This is what happens to me after walking or standing for a short length of time as my muscles in my back weaken & I flop over & need to rest on a shopping trolley. I'm 36 & feel 66!

Where is the best place to start in your video's? I was wondering if I should start by strengthening my ankles, then lengthen my calves as they are short & bulky, then strengthen my knees, then any thigh toning strength exercises, then move on to the anterior pelvic tilt & lordosis. Where should I continue after that?

josh, i luv the older vids and had to go back. luv this exercise and many of your workouts. also gotta luv a guy w/great sock game. ur style has changed a little lately but still enjoy the exercises. u and trevor both look great. super handsome. still a fan. take care! 💙 Kim
