April, most people who work standing up all day also need to start doing their glute bridges. It's helped me tremendously.

Thank you. Now if you want to go advanced, you could lift one leg at a 45 degree angle and repeat the glut lifts. Then switch legs.

Is it more effective to let the heels or toes take the weight or just keep the feet flat to the floor? Thanks
