About Hip Dips

First up, hip dips are totally normal. I have hip dips, and I am certainly not ashamed of them, neither should you be.

How obvious your hip dips appear is down to a few different things (again- please remember they are normal!) These include the anatomy of your pelvis and hips and the distribution of fat and muscle in your body.

Now as we already know, we cannot spot reduce fat. We cannot choose where we loose fat from in our body. We can however loose fat as a whole by exercising and being in calorie deficit. Please bare in mind, I am a huge advocate of a healthy, non-restrictive lifestyle, which DOES not include massively restricting what you eat.

In terms of exercise, as well as burning calories, we can also target specific muscle groups and joints to build muscle in that area, which will lead to sculpting and toning.

Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I don’t believe in crazy fad diets. Simply eat nutritious food, move your body, smile and enjoy the journey! Love Lilly

I have been doing this for 3 weeks and OMG MY HIP DIPS ARE GONE. In addition to this workout I've been doing the heart shaped booty workout and the hourglass hips workout. I have a also been running and using weights for more of her booty workouts.

As someone who struggled with loving my body with hip dips because i was shaped like a VIOLIN like it was bad haha. But I did every workout possible for my hip dips nothing was hitting the spot BUT HEAR ME OUT this workout will kill your hip dips and every pain i feel i love it so much because i know it's working. NO PAIN NO GAIN. For the past 1-2 months I HAVE SEEEN A LOTTTT OF DIFFERENCE u will see a difference after 2 weeks depending on how consistent you are. I ate everything I craved I did no diet but I do not look like a violin no more and i started to love my body and HIP DIPS ARE NORMAL AND BEAUTIFUL but I just personally didn't like the way it looked on me but my hip dips are still a little bit there which I might start doing workouts on the hip abductor because I've seen lots to changes with other people. BUT TRUST ME THIS WORKSSS IM ROOTING FOR EVERYONE. any questions ill answer them.

I’ve tried just about every hip dio workout on YouTube and this one is by far the best. I feel the burn and I’m sore for once.

Trying to do this every day for two weeks to see if i see a difference!
Day 1: ✅ Done, but it hurt!!!
Day 2: ✅Omg that hurt so baddd, but its done at least…
Edit: School started so I was not able to continue bc it got overwhelming (metal health over physical looks) but Im going to try to restart tmr and continue. Btw even after two days I saw a bit of difference.

for everyone who doesn't know whether to start it or not: I've been doing this workout 3 times a week for 1 month combined with different booty workouts from pamela Reif and my hips went from this dips to a rounder and prettier ones. so please start doing it and you'll get results asap

PSA this does work!!! I've been doing this workout consistently for over two weeks now, if your finding it hard to motivate yourself I like to think of things that make me really angry. wether its a person, something that happened in the past, or just emotional pain. Releasing it this way is an amazing achievement! don't forgot to stretch after to give ur body some extra loving!! xoxo all the way from Canada!!

I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks and I haven’t changed my diet and my hip dips are gone. I honestly can’t describe how thankful I am for this workout, guys please do this if you want don’t hesitate. ❤️

I've been doing this 5/6 times a week for more than 14 days and i can tell you i feel so much better about myself! It does work, everytime i look in the mirror i can see the difference. Love it

I love how she keeps it real. You can see her struggle and it makes me feel better about myself when I see that I‘m not the only one. Too many YouTubers that produce the same contents don‘t show their true emotions during their workout videos. However with her you feel like she‘s with you right now. I love that. Keep doing that🤍🤍

Hi everyone. Just want to say, if you found this exercise, and you are currently doing it, great job. The exercises burn like hell, and it take strength to keep up with it. Day 1: burnnnns
Day 2: getting better at consistency
Day 3: did it twice today! my hips are sore sooo it's working!!
Day 4: new yrs eve! did the workout now I'm going for a run
Day 5: happy New Years 🎉! Just did it with a lot less struggle compared to the first days. I definitely think my hips are starting to fill in!
Day 6: was lowkey struggling this time lol my hips are super sore but are straightening out!!
Day 7: I did this as well as her summer shred hourglass hip workout, seeing my hip dips are becoming less visible from the front
Day 8: I skipped the workout yesterday bc I had work and school all day ;;( but I'm back on it today
Day 9: bro this exercise gave me stretch marks which I don't mind because I know that's a sign they're growing but jus be warned
Day 10: done, been slowly trying to incorporate a healthier diet and other exercises from her
Day 11: the progress is surprising, my hip dips are almost completely invisible from the front just working until I can hopefully completely fill them in
Day 12: done. Been trying to incorporate more healthy fats and protein in my diet
Day 13: I'm getting way better at doing the exercise and my hips lookin good fr
