Seeing those high knees took me back to track practices in1990, high knees, butt kickers, bounders and leg swings holding onto the fence.

I trained my hipflexors with cable machine and ankle attachment, i wanna train them together, my lower back is feeling better but taking awhile

I'm having an issue with tightness in my left hip flexor more towards the outside do you have any tips for loosening it? It gets a cramping sensation very quickly compared to the right hand side bro

What about full rom strength? Like cable machine variation. Cause for sprinting and kicking we need them strong at lengthened position
