Bro. I drive a truck for a living and train strongman injured myself on july 3. And have been dealing with on and off pain since. I have done the basic stetches that made the pain go away for a hr or so. But i just did all 3 of these movements and just one session i feel looser and more mobile then i have in month im hopeful that if i ass this in 2-3 times a day fkr a few sets my pain will be gine for good tha nk you

I just tried this and the relief i just felt is unreal!. These stretches target the exact area and I could instantly feel the piriformis being stretched. I’m literally going to do this every single day throughout the day

I went back to this video just comment. This pigeon stretch and drops helped me a lot. Just a tip though, please search the form of this stretch correctly it will give you more benefits doing it with correcr form. This relieves my sciatica from piriformis compression. Seriously Alhamdulillah it's best exercises I have experienced pain in my buttock from last 2 months and I take continues medicine but not effect Alhamdulillah I saw this short 4 days before Alhamdulillah now my buttock pain is perfect Alhamdulillah

So this took me a few watches and one night of sleep to finally get these down! They are great! Also someone suggest the booty bands, mine were collecting dust (hence my injury) and it felt great, I did some body squats and donkey kicks with them on! I’m only day one, but have hope!! Plus I’m still able to get a workout in even with the injury!

Some had asked which leg to have down on the floor, I felt relief when I put my injured leg down and the healthy leg as a support. I also did this on both sides to keep things balance!

Hope this helps anyone who was struggling figuring it out!

(If any of you are avid runners like me, a weak Piriformis and lots of miles is what got me in this predicament!)

What if these stretches make it worse? Are there other exercises to strengthen instead of stretch?
