It's day ten of my Fierce 3.0 workout program and I'm running you through a FULL BODY PILATES Sculpt Workout! We have a series of Pilates inspired exercises to perform and we'll be using some light dumbbells for that added resistance and increase in intensity. Be sure to move with control and intention today - thinking about creating those nice long lines with the body. Three different circuits, two rounds of each let's do this team! #homeworkout #pilates

As one of your male subscribers I think this has been your best series. I am a big fan of the Pilates and yoga inspired workouts. They are so unique. Metcon are my least favorite. Not that I want you to stop doing them, but I like to go heavier when strength training and the compound moves make that more difficult. One more thing. This channel is an inspiration. It has gotten better and better during the four years I have been following. Thanks.

After 3.5 years of your workouts, Heather, I still say in my head "oh good, Pilates, a break" then I am ALWAYS floored by how much of a workout these "breaks" are LOL

I enjoyed today workout
She managed to make me work muscles we didn't use yesterday! That's why this challenge is great. The proof we can workout everyday : from intense, to streching part, to focusing into different parts and of course cardio in between!

Gosh, I underestimated this, I thought oh well, we can relax a bit but oh boy, my shoulders, arms and abs are telling me otherwise 😂 I used slightly heavier weight for certain moves to increase the intensity. The plie movements, they look so ‘demure’ but hitting your shoulder right at the spot. It is definitely good for body balance. Love love love it!

I love that we are the same age. I so often find channels I like but they are in a complete different season of life than me. I’d love to see less time in between sets 10-15 seconds vs 20. I love your body weight only workouts! 30-40 minutes is ideal for this mom of four!
