How is everybody feeling? We are getting near the end of the Pilates Challenge! After this one, we will have one more ready for you as a little bonus!

How is your body feeling ? How is your mind feeling? I am constantly asking myself those questions to find out what I need! I hope this challenge set you up on a good path for the rest of then year.

I've been doing 3 of these af week for 3 weeks now, and I feel a difference in my strength, my posture and my nervous system 💜 let's be honest, these workouts are freaking challenging sometimes, but they are worth the positive effect they have on the body and mind 🙏🏼 I've done them all now, guess I'll just start from the beginning again 😄👋

Im on the last day (I’ve been doing these daily for the past 9 days) and I don’t know what I’m going to do with myself after! Debating between doing the ten days once more to get a little more comfortable with it or searching for something a step up😬
