I had a heartattack scare and had quit working out for a while. My 6 year old daughter just put this workout on for me. 😊❤ Movement is truly medicine! I feel so blessed to have her motivate me!

I'm type 2 diabetic and because of over indulgence over Christmas I am now suffering with my blood sugar being high, I found your ten minute exercise and this and it's brilliant, It's helping bring my sugars under control. Thank you all the way from the West Midlands in the UK. ❤

Caroline, thank you for responding to me. I must tell you this, I am 64 years old and I have been doing your exercises since I saw your videos since January. I went to do my physical on Wednesday and the doctor couldn’t believe for the first time my blood pressure was normal she had to do it a second time. I am now working on my cholesterol as the lab test shows it high so I am working on it doing your daily low impact exercises as I don’t want to take any medication.Thank you so much

Walking at home in West Michigan before the rest of the family wakes up, but after coffee. I also gave up coffee for a year. My parents let me start drinking coffee when I was 7 years old (!) and when I was in college, I wanted to see what life was like without caffeine. After. a year, I decided I really like coffee and want it as a part of my life. It's been a heart-warming love story ever since, worthy of turning into a Hallmark movie.

Love your workouts.. I am missing your timers.. I love your diabetic workouts. Eventhough i am not a diabetic. I am following what you say and I am going to get a glucose montor. I am going to follow an intermittent fasting routine of 16/8.. Thanks for this workout.. I have been a follower for quite some time now - I love your positive energy and what you say (5:26) so true. I think i speak for all of us in the community when i say this. We are all blessed to have you in our lives. Thanks for better health and a better life you are creating for all of us.

Love this workout. You can amp it up, or take it easy for those days you just don’t feel like working out ! Today I did it twice with a total of 2.4 miles.

I love to walk. 2 days a week I try to walk 2-5 miles at a time. These indoor works are more convenient to do during the week when my schedule is tight. Thank you Ms

This is a great way to start the morning. Thank you and you stated my goal of reaching 100. I'm 61 and I plan on going all the way. I was looking for something not too stressful this morning and I'm glad I landed on your video. I did 2, 023 steps, walking hr 108 bmp, hr 98 bpm

Hello, Caroline. I discovered your videos 7 years ago when I broke my meniscus. You where one of the few YT instructors that had chair exercise. I am 65 and I have exercised for over 40 years. I smiled when you mentioned physicals and getting your teeth cleaned. I have been a dental hygienist for 44 years and I know that good dental health goes hand in hand with whole body health. Keep making your videos. They are a blessing!😊

Thankfully I don't have to check blood sugar but I thoroughly enjoyed this indoor walk... in the morning... wearing my tennis shoes and pajamas... while it's raining outside, here in the beautiful Pacific Noorthwest. 😊
