Join me for a workout to the Mamma Mia Soundtrack of Abba's fun music! This workout is just over 3000 steps with relatively easy moves geared to target your legs, arms and abs. Remember to cater the workout to your abilities and modify as needed. I grew up listening to my mom's records of Abba and had a fun time creating this one. I hope you enjoy it.

I found you by accident, Jules, 3 weeks ago and I can honestly say you are changing my life! I was in a car accident a year ago and haven’t been back at the gym or exercising. I’ve gained weight and have been struggling to find something that I love to do. I found it!!! 🎉 I am bounding out of bed each day, putting on my gym clothes and working out with you in my lounge room. It is so easy to follow along. I’m working up a sweat and using muscles again that have been dormant for years! I’m feeling so much better mentally as I am doing something for myself and my health. I’m 64 and run a busy real estate business - work really long hours 6-7 days a week. I am now looking after myself and have found something that I can actually do every day that fits into my crazy life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are changing lives around the world! (I’m in Australia 🇦🇺) ❤

Hi Jules! The majority of this comment section seems to be seniors, but I wanted to tell you I’m a 25 year old woman who loves your videos. As someone who often struggles with mental health, your videos offer me a doable, feel good workout. I am bombarded 24/7 with workout videos that shame me into getting a “smaller waist” or “bigger butt, ” and it is so refreshing to have an exercise video that feels good, is actually so much fun, and promotes overall health and well being. I'm only 73, but I have to work harder to stay fit.

I just want to celebrate. I have been using your vids for a couple months. 1-2 of them a day. I’m a teacher. Today was 1st of school. I was so tired when I got home but I made myself do the ABBA workout. And I finished it. I’m so proud of myself. I’m down 14 lbs and still showing up.

I love that there’s no talking and we can hear the music. Also liked that it’s a much more aerobic workout than the Silver and Fit intermediate. Glad I found it.

I think this is the best video to exercise with.Abba music has a good tempo to keep you moving.I hope she makes another one using their music.

The global lockdown has encouraged many presentations for walking at home. This is the best I have tried with perfect music, a wall clock for 30 seconds a movement, and a bar to show total time. No talking. Low impact; a pulse-raising sweaty workout with a wide variety of movements (especially arms and shoulders) for an 82-year-old man. Thank you. I found you by chance today that led to a wonderful experience. And I survived the total time and number of steps (matched by my health ap)!

Hi Jules from Liverpool, UK!
I started my weightloss/fitness journey Nov 22 and now 52lbs lighter. I exercise with you 3X weekly and at the start could only manage 10min sessions but now 50mins! Thanks to your sessions Im actually enjoying exercising for the 1st time ever and like you say, I dont think of it as a workout, I like to think im out with a friend back to my clubbing days! By the way Im 51!! You really are one inspirational lady and I thank you sincerely xxx

Loved this workout! My daughter did this with my mom then came home and told me we needed to do it. My daughter is 31 and has Down Syndrome. It’s hard to get her to be excited about any physical activity. So of course I had to say yes. She does like to dance and Loves the Mamma Mia movies. This is perfect for her to get her moving! Thank you! This is a workout we will be doing on a regular basis.

I’ve been meaning to do this for ages.I finally did it just now and really enjoyed it.I’m 73 a couple of stones overweight with type 2 diabetes.I’m so glad I’ve finally taken the first step.Watch this space and thank you so much and upwards upwards😃

Wow Jules I did this 3 yrs ago COVID time. I was a RN and was the 1st nurse to get COVID in the hospital I worked at. I was so sick for such a long time. I had to retire in 2022 because my Epidemiologist told me that she did not want me to step 1 foot in that hospital or I would get the Pneumonia the COVID patients were dying from. It took me months before I could exercise because I even had a hard time even walking outside. When I did this 3yrs ago I was so proud and you helped me feel SO MUCH BETTER mind, heart and soul. Today was a great memory from the past. I am forever grateful for you getting me back to who I truly am. I was in the Air Force and passed all that rigorous exercising and running in your combat boots in a Thunder and Lighting storm. Thank you for your time helping us in our time of need to be obtaining health. You know the song YOU MAKE ME FEEL SO GOOD that is who you are. BLESS you and your family.

This was a good workout.. And no talking 😊. Not that talking is a bad thing but some days you just don't want to listen to the chatter. The music was great. Already looking forward to trying more of these. Thank you

I used to dance on the spot in the 70's to ABBA..the rhythm is the greatest for exercise.

Hi Jules …. I am 69 years but I like to do this exercise. It is not easy for a woman in my age to loose weight, so I do it everyday. After 3 months I already lost my weight almost 9 lbs. I love to do your exercise with music, that really makes me feeling younger and motivates me to do everyday. Till now I did 3 kinds of your exercises to reach at least 6000 steps.
