This is a 20 minute low impact, gentle walking workout designed for true beginners and seniors. Walk at home as you get those steps in for improved health and weight loss. Walk at your own pace and take breaks as needed. You won't need any equipment for this workout. In the video, I'll give a brief intro but once we start working out, there will be no talking...just music.

i have no words to describe how happy i feel right now, i always wanted to try these "walking exercises" but almost all of them tire me out after ten minutes, but this i completed it and I'm so happy i finally found a workout that is gentle to my pcos, and helps me, motivates me to workout having a sense of accomplishment, finishing this video meant the world! thank you! <3

I love that your videos do not have talking in them. I have ADHD as well as learning best visually. I don't need any distractions. There is one thing about the music on this 20 Min Gentle Walking in that it changes in the middle of a set; for me, that distracts. Maybe it is intentional; but, just in case, maybe you could check it out to see if you can sync the routine segments with the music. Thanks for putting these gentle walking 'workouts' out there.

Fun walking for only twenty minutes. The time flies by with the thirty second intervals and suddenly you're done and feel so accomplished.

This burns some serious blood sugar for me! I have been doing this one in the morning and again in the evening with good results.
It is getting easier but well, not my idea of gentle. Your workout classes are bearable and I want to thank you. I can do this all the way through and follow you exactly, a miracle lol.

Dear Jules. Another excellent programme. I do appreciate the 30-second clock and the overall time bar. Both are incentives to keep going! Overall, you are keeping joints mobile, flexing some muscles and developing balance that is so important for the elderly. Thank you for this one. I have done several of your sessions and trying to muster courage and determination to follow your 7-day workout.
