This fast indoor walking workout is low impact and will keep you in the fat-burning zone while helping you achieve your daily step goal. This video is designed to be fun and challenge you. If any of the steps are too hard...simply march on the spot or step touch it out. My goal is to keep our feet moving for the duration of the workout. Burn calories from the comfort of your own home while keeping this workout low impact. This workout was super fun to do and I hope you enjoy it. Obese mother of nine starting my weight-loss journey I quit smoking almost 2 years ago and since then my weight has gotten out of control I finally decided to start doing something about it as I would love to be able to keep up with my children and grandchildren I'm 41 I started this workout a couple days ago while at work and I have made a commitment to fulfilling this workout at least three times a day to get my endurance built up I just want to say thank you for making content like this and giving people like me hope❤

I appreciate you. I live in an extremely hot climate, and due to autoimmune illness, indoor and low impact is a must. Many workout videos are too much. You find a nice balance. I'm interested in exploring more of your videos. :)
