I’m back!!! I realize now how important stretching is, I feel so much better now that I do it before and after my workouts. I’m so thrilled with this body of mine, I can’t stay away from the mirror! I’m only 4 pound from my original set goal but I’ve added 5 more to the goal. I’m not in a rush, taking it slower now and doing more hitt.. it’s cold now so I rarely run but any break in the weather and I hit the pavement! I’m am not going to be modest at all with this here new body 💪🏾🥰

currently on day 1 of the free program and it had me sweating so much. it was a hard but great workout. this was an amazing cool down stretch routine and i will definitely be using this after every workout!

yes that is an awesome routine I am a yoga instructor and those are all amazing poses and sure some people are more flexible then others so you just do it where you feel it, like a good nice stretch but don't do it to where you are in pain, But doing all these hip openers and chest openers you used all the muscle groups to where when you do a workout you have a better chance at not
injuring yourself. But if you are doing a workout and you feel pain then please stop or modify the exercise. I myself have a bad back and it is frustrating because there are so many poses I want to do but I just can't because let me tell you I try and push myself and I am dying in pain and that is not what we should be doing to our body. So awesome stretches and most importantly BREATH and MEDITATION ALSO IS SO IMPORTANT. I READ IN ONE A BOOK AND IT SO TRUE WE ALL WALK AROUND WITH SOMETHING RIGHT UNDER OUR NOSE OUR BREATHE AND WE DON"T REALIZE HOW IMPORTANT IT IS WHEN YOU ARE WORKING OUT ETC BREATH We sometimes hold our breath when giving it a good darn workout but it is so not healthy. I am excited to start your 2 week FUPA challenge. You have worked hard to get where you are at and you have so much knowledge so good for you I will be sharing everywhere I can about your amazing challenge. Keep chasing your dreams and kicking ass, and be damn proud of yourself because you deserve the praise through what is that blood sweat and tears and of course social media lets just say PEOPLE CAN BE RUDE JUDGEMENTAL WHEN WHAT ARE THEY DOING SITTING ON THE COACH WITH THERE 3rd HELPING OF DESERT NOT DOING ANYTHING TO CHANGE THEIR LIFE THERE HEALTH.
