My partner and I practice this together. I love that it is straight forward and starts right into the yoga instead of a lengthy introduction about self-promotion. She speaks calmly and gives quiet time in each posture to listen to our own bodies. It's about practice, and not celebrity. Even though my partner and I are at totally different levels and have very different low back issues, this sequence works for both of us. I'll be using more of her videos.

This 30 minutes has changed my life. I am an active and fit 66 year old woman with arthritis and scoliosis. In the past 6 years, pain has been stopping me from what I love to do most. I have been practicing yoga for most of my life but now realize it was the not the best yoga for my present condition. I am now biking, swimming, hiking, etc again with 80% less pain and loving life.

PS please release updated versions so I can trade off.

Started doing yoga when the pandemic started and found your videos for low back pain beginner yoga. It has been a Godsend as I have suffered from the drs. say, arthritis in my spine with referred pain to my hip in my back. It has hurt without relief for at least 8 years perhaps more. I am active, walk daily, hike, and no relief. I have done physical therapy, chiropractor care - no relief. Doing just 15-30 min about 5 days a week has eliminated about 85% of the pain. (my kids tried to get me to do yoga with them for years and I resisted. they love it now and enjoyed the I told you so) It has just been life changing. I tell everyone and tell them to do SarahBethYoga. Your videos are easy to follow and your tempo is just right for me.

I did a strenuous exercise routine - out of the ordinary for me - and I knew I was going to pay for it, but did it anyway! Since then, for the past couple of days, I’ve been dealing with awful back pain - so much so that I caved and took an ibuprofen! (I hate popping pills for anything - it’s been YEARS since I took an ibuprofen!!) I did a yoga routine with another instructor on YT and felt little, to no, relief. Then I found this video and WOW what a difference!! Although I still have some minor level of pain (but very manageable now), the decrease in my pain is substantial after this routine!! I will be doing this routine *every*single*day* until my body gets back to normal!! I also followed your suggestion of sitting at my computer in the figure 4 fold with my legs, which was also a game changer! Thank you!! Thank you!! 🙏🙏 🙌

Thank you so so much! I had only tried yoga about 3 times and never liked. That was before my back was hurt. I have Degenerative Disc Disease and someone in a Fb group highly recommended you. I am so glad I gave yoga a second chance with you. This is my first day but I already feel so good! I will come back tomorrow! God bless you!

I have a horse farm that I run on my own. And I’m 62 years old. At times I get almost to where I cannot move — although I love what I do. When I remember to do the yoga – – which is beyond me why I don’t do it every day – – I

I've been using this video every morning for about 2-3 weeks and it's helped heal my lower back pain I've been suffering with. The low-back damage came from improper weightlifting and I had enough of the pain. Chiropractor work has helped a lot but not completely, this video has been the trick. I did try other back pain yoga videos but ultimately came back to this one to help with my back. I now use this as a weekly maintenance practice to ensure I'm still feeling better in my lower back. Thank you for this video!

Wow, so glad I found you. Was struggling to follow physio you tube guidance for ten minutes.
I couldn't believe it when I looked at the clock I was at twenty minutes. So much more relaxing so you actually hold the stretch relaxed rather than pushing. 🙏
