Alright these are the only 3 exercises you need to grow your triceps. Starting off with a dumbbell superset, first do skullcrushers where your elbows are above you to work the long head, then do close grip bench press where your elbows are in front of you to work the medial head. and for the lateral head, do tricep pushdowns where your elbows beside you.

Might add that you smartly put your bench at slight incline to help put more stretch on long head; going flat with that exercise is fine but adds in lats and possible shoulder flexibility issues for some folks.

Also, if you have a bench, but not cable access, doing kneeling tricep extensions/chin presses is a great sub for medial/short head work

I like Chris Bumstead’s tricep cable workout. With just the cable, pull it down and back to contract the tricep. I do 10 reps each side, starting at 30 lbs and dropping to 20… 2 sets of 10. Then he does a combo lateral pull down where he keeps the bar up with his arms fully extended, brings his elbows down to his sides and then presses down. Gives you a MASSIVE pump for the tris! Give it a shot!

Thanks man I’ve been starting to do skullcrushers for the first time and I have absolutely no triceps at all (only biceps) I definitely will keep up the grind with triceps 👍

Bruh don’t do skullcrushers as the first exercise guys. You’re elbows are eventually gonna get fucked up. Do them as the last exercise instead so that you are as warmed up as possible
