I thoroughly enjoyed this informative video. I had a rotator cuff shoulder repair on my left shoulder which failed, then in March 2022, I had the Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement surgery on my left shoulder. In 2017, I had a rotator cuff repair on my right shoulder. Your video is clear and concise. I plan on making these three exercises part of my workout routine. With the Reverse Shoulder Replacement, my rear deltoid is responsible for lifting my arm. Thank you for making this video.
