Elliott Hulse, a blast from the past!!! This has that strength camp vibe circa 2008. I love it!!! If I can only do four exercises the rest of my life it would probably be. Squat, Overhead press, Barbell Row and Farmer walk…. Or maybe Atlas stone lifts, overheads, heavy kettlebell swings, farmer walks. That’s a tough one.
