I am intensely focused on building a strong core. To me a strong core means a healthy lower back. And as someone who has had a lot of lower back pain in the past. I read up on how to improve my situation and all roads led to building a stronger core. So I appreciate videos like these.

What I really like about these guys is there is no nonsense in their videos, no wasted time. They get right to the message. One of their best videos. Most underrated core exercise: back bridge leg lifts.

My stomach muscle development when I started doing kicks, specifically high roundhouse kicks, was crazy. Especially the side abs and rotational muscles.

I love how you show all these variations and accessible modifications - it's so inviting and values the different stages we are all in, momentarily or permanently.

I agree. I'm now 60 and finding that yoga provides a lot of what I need. Everything feels better outside and by the beach.

Trevor, spot on!!! I recently started wearing 10 kg weighted vest and walk for about 1 mile- it’s one of the best ways to get stronger! Time spent at Primal Athlete Class 1 was a starting point in my ‘hanging off the things career’:)! Big high five from Ireland!!!

Just discovered your channel, loved the exercises, something resonated with me, the last two years I was the caregiver for my mother, she had had two strokes and was basically imobile, she lived with me So I did a lot of lifting, carrying and positioning her with careful form and a back support belt, every single day, I didnt go to the gym during the pandemic, she passed in May peacefully but I realized after this that I I was in incredible shape, strength, flexibility, and I feel core wise, I never noticed til people started commenting on how fit I looked, and I also felt great, also one of the things that I don't do it eat a lot, I eat when Im hungry and usually healthy, mediteranian type diet, anyway I just found it interesting that I never noticed the movements I used with my mother, were kind of exercises, Ive done many workouts over the years including weight training, martial arts, yoga, and these days I prefer to have lean muscle mass thats functional and balanced, working with my bodyweight more often, push /pull etc.. anyway sorry for the long comment

My fav six pack exercise is hanging leg raise. Been doing a lot of hip openers / mobility ( thanks guys) lately and that has helped the lower back region of my core gain much more flexibility without pain .

From Judo strength exercises: lay flat on stomach, legs straight, arms overhead to the front, hand palms stick on the floor, pull like a pull-up and drag your body over the floor, -- repeat - for a distance of 20 to 50 meters. This makes really strong.

Was just about to put together a new core and legs plan. This will be my inspiration. Love how you never leave out a bit of humor and sillyness in your vids!

Dude, your videos are so helpful. I’ve been doing your shoe squats and the hamstring stretch you showed in one of your videos for 2 days now and I’ve noticed immediate results. Thank you so much for what you do!

One of the best and most underrated core exercises is to walk up or down hill and maintain completely straight posture, whilst engaging your core. So the angle of your body should be parallel to the hill, as though you were walking on flat ground. Engage your core the whole time.

Other than that I like extended planks, hollow body holds and weighted hollow body leg raises (ankle weights are a really good way to do this.)

Love it. Started doing animal flow and that style for mobility and exploration of body movement abilities and in sessions now for a month or so and makes a huge
Difference all over. Such a great way to have fun, see potential of how to move the body and improve mobility all over the body. And prevent injuries. Can be done as a session or just for fun
