The ONLY 3 Chest Exercises You Need for MASS (According to Science)

On one hand, we've got fitness 'experts' who overcomplicate chest training by suggesting so many different exercises. On the other hand, we've got training minimalists who suggest that all you need to build a massive chest is to get progressively stronger on the bench press.

Which one is it?

As with most things in fitness, the answer lies somewhere in the middle. If you want to build bigger pecs, choosing the right exercises is key.

In this video, you will learn:
- The anatomy of the chest muscles
- The main functions of the pectoralis major
- Why targeting the 'lower chest' is a waste of your time
- The correct way to bench press for maximum pec activation
- The most common chest training mistakes you may be making in your training
- The ONLY 3 chest exercises you need for massive pecs

That one demonstration of the hand on the chest and the difference between 90 to 45º inclination made this video one of the most educational I have ever seen, TY!!

I’ve only done these exercises twice in the last week and I can already feel the change in my chest. They’re gonna prove extremely helpful in preparing me for the restart of sports here in Italy. Great videos mate! Cheers.

Putting your hand over your pec exercise was golden. I work in a gym on a college campus and will use that to help educate the young men and women here.
Great and informative video.

Spot on! I am 71 and have been lifting since I was 14. I consider myself a lifetime student of health and fitness. Lifting has served me well, making me a devoted believer. I agree with everything you say ... personally I like a little wider grip on the bench press but not so wide as to jeopardize the shoulder joints. I agree about the decline press being a waste of time ... better to do dips.
