The ONLY 3 Exercises You Need:
for Aesthetics, functionality, Longevity, Health and more!!

1. Push ups
- Push ups are without doubt the best exercise anyone can do! They are my favourite and I recommend everyone to make them the number 1 exercise. Push ups work the Chest, Triceps and Shoulders, but also the core. It is a fantastic upper body movement for strength and muscle building Push ups will not only make you look good but feel good as well!!!!

2. Pull ups
- Pull ups are hard, but once mastered are the fundamental ingredient to amazing pulling strength a fully developed upper body. Pull ups use the back, biceps and shoulders, but again also the core. Start at the beginning with rows and work up to the pull up!
"Your body wants to know them"

3. Squats
- Bodyweight squats are essential for everyday life. There are so many benefits to bodyweight squats and I will make a whole video on them. Bodyweight squats will build your legs and also increase their functionality to an almost limitless capacity. Don't neglect legs when squats are right there for you!!!

I stick to these 3 exercise principles within all my workouts and WOW, It really is all you need!
Pulling, Pushing and using your legs is all you need, and these 3 exercises will make you not only look better and feel better but make you the most functional human being you can be!

Great video!...I 100% agree, this is how I train now a day's...I personally prefer Inverted rows over pull ups because I find they balance out my rear delts with my push ups much better.

I’ve taken some of the exercises you’ve mentioned in previous vids and mixed some of it up with my usual dumbbell routine, and I’ll tell ya, I’m feeling way more soar than usual after workouts and have been seeing amazing results, since I’m currently on a cut as well. You give good life advice as well bud, keep it up. 💯💯

Hi. Another awesome video. I would like to hear your insight and plan on how do you incorporate this on your daily routine if you have daily work to live that requires you to wake up early and go home at the evening, as well as to do obligations with the household chores.

Yet another good one!

I try do these exercises plus dips throughout the day.
So on days I don’t do a workout, least I’ve done something throughout the day.
Don’t know if that’s ideal. But seems to be working for me 👍🏽

And if i had to add one more bodyweight exercise it would be plank to target core and then you’ve pretty much worked out all the body!
