As a 17 year old whos been training on and off for a year, my favourite chest exercises are db bench press and assister dips. I originally started at 224lbs and now consistently 192-196lbs

Chest flies on rings is by far my favorite chest exercise. The feeling after doing them is extremely satisfying

Weighted dips and weighted push ups have been the focus of my push routine for months and months now. Easiest gains I've ever made. Same with weighted pull ups and inverted rows for pull.

Can't believe how dense this video is, awesome info packed in just 5 min. Will give it a try to weighted push ups, will put the bench press aside as a secondary exercise, because i suffered shoulder pinch or some sort.
