Thanks for the video. In 2019 my knee injuries started and used beer to ease the pains when I walked with a sleeve and knee brace. Then in 2021 got total left knee replacement, but increased my drinking level of beer that went to my gut, but I controled my knee pain. In 2023, the pain eased up but still drank beer. Then I caught covid in August of 2023, then after recovering, came down with Covid symptoms. In July, I finally got relief for my covid symptoms and then in August recieved medication that helped my migraine headaches and noted it eased my knee pain discomfort. Your program is helping me do streching before my bike ride now and after my bike ride. Thanks for posting and helping a 72 year old to get that beer gut off his body. My intake of beer has been reduced to only drinking a bottle with dinner.

I have been doing this workout every morning since the first week of 11/2022 and it has been a Godsend due to the fact of a low paying job and lack of insurance after my surgery on my vertebrae and it's really helped me and I share this with friends and family who doesn't know where to start. 👍👍

I do these everyday! I like it when you have the beeping noise so you know you are getting ready to switch stretches! Ty for these and the skeleton to show which muscles should be getting the stretches. This helps me to know if I’m doing them correctly as a beginner! Ty!!❤
