Many people have difficulty walking when dealing with osteoarthritis. Two of the main symptoms that can be limiting are joint pain and joint stiffness ☝🏽

Warming up the ankles, hips and knees can make a big difference in how walking feels for you 🙌🏼

These three exercises can help to get blood flowing as well as activate certain muscles that help to support the joints 👏🏼

You can choose one of these exercises or up to all three depending on how much time you have before you go out for a walk 😇

Thanks for all your easy and helpful tips and exercises. I am prone to get plantar fascia. Before I get out of bed, I point my toes up and hold a few seconds then point them down and hold a few seconds. Then I rotate my ankles ten times in one direction then ten times in the other direction. Since I started doing those simple exercises before I step on the floor, I haven't had any plantar fascia flare ups.
