Welcome to a short, no-talking 10 minute low impact dance workout with music from David Guetta! This is a great add-on/stackable workout for when you want just a little bit more. If you do this workout on its own, please do a 5 minute warm-up first, and a longer cool-down with stretch at the end. This dance workout is for anyone who loves to dance as a form of exercise. Have fun with the workout and think of it more as a dance party rather than it being exercise:) If you follow at my pace, the final step count is 1333 steps (mind you, if you ran during the intervals, your step count will be higher).
