This no talking, walk at home cardio workout is a short 12 minute workout which is great for doing when you're in need of a mood or energy boost. When we're sedentary, we often feel more tired, but a short workout will boost your energy and mood. Give it a try anytime you're tired and feeling low! If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 1200 steps.

Just discovered this sweet li'l workout on my YouTube. It definitely goes onto my "pause that refreshes" list for when I'm stuck doing something that requires sitting & focusing for an extended period.
