Has anyone seen similar videos where someone is also having a hard time doing them like ray? Seeing that people struggle with it like me, kinda keeps up my motivation during the workout.

Having been a fitness freak earlier and gaining 8 kgs recently with increased cholesterol due to stress of research work, this came as a solace. Ray's presence made me feel even better inspiring me to break my reluctance to workout . Thanks. keep uploading mood boosting workouts.

LOVE this--it was awesome! I love seeing someone who also struggles with balance from time to time like me and who has to towel off (I sweat like a fountain during these workouts). And Ray has THE best and most contagious smile...such a treat! 😁

This was so fun! It’s nice to have a less intense workout for days when I’m too sore from a workout the day before but still want to move my body.

How inspiring! Ray, keep up the good work and have fun. Thank you too Anna, you're a life saver for me. I was recently diagnosed with tachycardia and I'm only 57, I weigh 150 lbs./5'8". I'm scared, but I'm not scared to change my life. I had stopped working out for awhile because I suffer from severe PTSD. But I'm back on track and I just wanted to say Vielen Dank!

I had to stop at the curtsy pulses cause I couldn’t keep going but it was fun! I sure as hell felt that burn though 😅 I want to work out every day and start practicing fitness more :) thanks for posting all these videos they help a lot and motivate me! 🤗❤️💪🏻

Thanks a lot for the workout, Anna! It helped a lot. Seems like my first (??) watch and- do- exercise activity! The music was soo good and inspiring. I'm a very beginner so I slowed down the video at 0.75 speed - that's a tip, guys, use it when you need to - still was great. Thanks again
