just finished this workout it’s honestly so good i like how after the certain exercises that get u out of breath u follow it up with a calmer one to regain your breath instead of hard excerises layered on top of eachother

Last summer I was overweight so I decided that I will start doing at home workouts. I couldn't find workouts that I was enjoying until I found your channel. I started working out twice a day. In only three or two months I was able to lose about 20 pounds. Then when school started I stopped working out and gained 10 pounds. Now I am back again to lose those 20 pounds
