I went all the way through without stopping… I am amazing….eh just kidding. Feels good to pull strong all the way through a 15 minute workout ❤❤❤

I am a PCOS fighter. I struggle a lot on how to loss weight. Everytime I try to work out it makes me so tired that I cannot do it the other day, the effects of pain makes me stop to do my goal. I did this one again today, even though I’m not a fan of repeats. So on the second round, I just did slower and smaller movements, and I got through the whole thing!

I need to get back to moving my body more often. To actually get my heart pumping, this did the trick, but a sweet gentle finish so I don’t feel like I’m dying! Definitely a mood booster 🎉
