I love how realistic Niomi's workouts are! It feels like working out with a friend, you can see her sweating and struggling with you and that's what I really love about it. I hope she films more of these in the future!

Wow Niomi you are very strong! Doing this I realised how poor my core strength/balance is :( I could barely keep myself up doing the side planks! This is a wake up call that I need to take back control of my health! Thank you for this, you are so lovely to follow please do more full body workouts! xx
