Burn fat with GCN's turbo training session. Get lean, burn calories and get fit with our 30 minute indoor cycling session. This workout is designed to replicate a hill intervals.

This class is ideal if you want to lose weight and get fit and have time to train before work or during your lunch break. Designed to replicate the feeling of a hill interval training session, this workout gradually ramps up to provide as much resistance as possible in the last few minutes. We can vouch for this turbo class too – we use it regularly!

Holy cow. Great workout. I've been following GCN for awhile and this was my first workout video to follow along. Really kicked me into gear. Gotta keep this up! Keep making videos like this and my fiancé won't recognize me!

In the last 2 mos, I have been doing this workout 5x a week, and challenging my self with higher resistance and man, it not only helped with weight loss but also with my asthma! Feeling good in and out! Sincerely, I thank you GCN!

Last year I had a open triple A operation I now have a plastic Aorta and 4 op’s on one of my kidneys the GCN workout videos have got me fit again my bike is old and worn out but then so am I but at 68 I can’t complain. thank you

This teacher is awesome. He pushes you hard and his cues are really easy to follow. This particular video has you up and down in your bike seat so you never get too bored.

I love the sport orientated training this has. Alot of spin classes feel like an aerobics class. But this had me in a mindset of being out on the road, and in a race. Bloody loved it!

I’m a 62-year-old guy from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and this is perfect. My cardiologist is ecstatic with the results from doing this for a while. I had heart surgery two years ago. I feel better now the nice ever felt in my life. Keep the videos going especially for us older guys. Thank you.

that's my fave spinning workout available online. I have done it like 20 times and I always get back to it. Time-efficient, sweaty, and with great motivators - both the whole pelethon but also the music!!

Did this workout for the first time today. It was great. I really like the reminders about form. It's so easy to start slouching. I felt a real difference in my workout because of the frequen reminders to keep my shoulders down, chest up & core tight. This is definitely on my regular routine now!

I couldn't follow completely the first few weeks but now I'm standing (and smiling) with you guys all the way through the cool down.
The instructor, the music, the graphics, the content. Everything about this workout is awesome! I wish I could "like" it every time I do it (twice a week).
