1. Keep your core tight.
2. Regulate your breathing.
3. Slow down if you need to but don't stop!
4. Don't give up!

7-8 hours of sleep, drink enough water, lots of protein, include veggies in meals to keep you full, caloric deficit (300-500 calories)

Jun 2022 = 250lbs
Jul 11 = 244lbs
Jul 18 = 239lbs
Jul 24 = 239lbs, I felt some muscle growth and less pain during walk from the office
Aug 1 = 236lbs, added intermittent 16:8
Aug 8 = 232lbs
Aug 15 = 230lbs
Aug 22 = 225lbs
Aug 29 = 224lbs, ate too much carbs and extra meals
Sep 5 = 221lbs
Sep 12 = 219lbs
Sep 18 = 214lbs
Sep 26 = 210lbs no more pain on walks and can easily get up 3 floors via stairs
Oct 2 = 208lbs
Oct 10 = 207lbs, ate a lot of carbs and less exercise
Oct 17 = 205lbs
Oct 24 = 205lbs, ate too much and just went back to exercise
Oct 31 = 204lbs
Nov 7 = 201lbs
Nov 13 = 198lbs
Nov 21 = 196lbs
Nov 27 = 195lbs
Dec 5 = 193lbs
Dec 19 = 194lbs, too many Xmas parties. Would need to tone down by a lot.
Dec 26 = 192lbs, damn Xmas meals with bunch of carbs. fingers cross for next week's start of year weight.
Jan 15 2023 = 195lbs, doing real bad the past few weeks. need to focus more on IF or 2MAD I think.
May 29 = 200lbs I somehow stopped cutting sugar and IF. Would try to lose weight again. Still glad was able to keep 200lbs despite.
July 8 = back at 195lbs!
June 10 2024 = 197lbs, I got stuck between 195-202lbs now for a year and a half. Good news is that I was able to change my diet, cutback on the extra carbs and keep my weight.
Will still try to get to my ideal weight of 165lbs as I am 5'9". I am also happy if I will be able to keep this weight range into my mid 30s but will try to beat this plateau.

Since the start of quarantine i was sick of everyone mocking me or laughting at me because i was overweight i was 15 at that time and weighted around almost 195lbs to 200lbs, i didnt like the way i looked so during quarantine i wanted to start a change so i began working out at my house doing alot of workout mostly you'r workouts Chris but until quarantine ended and we started going back to school people in my class almost didnt know it was me! During quarantine i lost between 65 to 70 lbs in under 5 to 6 month! And to this day im still doing these workout! I always do 15 to 20 min in the morning and 40 in the afternoon, and if i feel like i need to do more i do an extra 20 minute right before going to bed! But for you Chris, Thanks alot for behing there and behing abble to change peoples life like you did to mine.

I already love this channel because it breaks things down for me and explains everything I need to keep this up perfectly, im a novice exerciser and would like to enjoy a long healthy life but cant do that if im not being healthy

i just came back because i gained quite a but of weight since lockdown n stuff, so i'll help other ppl out a bit

WORKOUT:
High Knee Taps (45s)
Rest (15s)
Burpees (45s)
Rest (15s)
Jumping Jacks (45s)
Rest (15s)
Push ups (45s)
Rest (15s)
Low plank to High plank (45s)
Rest (15s)
Bicycles (45s)
Rest (15s)
Switching lunges (45s)

Complete as many rounds as possible.
Aim for around 3-4 rounds.
