to all the young people watching this, please make sure to rest after training/working out. also remember to drink water, eat, and get sleep! please dont eat only 1 meal a day. you can still eat just as long as its not fatty foods, food w alot of calories, etc etc. protein is good for you! and i hope you guys get your dream body!!! <3
