Thank you so much for joining me for this 20-minute guided yoga nidra to help you activate your parasympathetic nervous system. This yoga nidra is focused on techniques that help initiate your relaxation response via the vagus nerve. We do this by combining the powerful practice of yoga nidra meditation with the breath.

In just 20 minutes you could walk away feeling calmer, less reactive, more relaxed in the mind and body, and feel like you have had a moment to reset your nervous system back to one of balance.

Thank you Loren for the calming and relaxing YogaNidra meditation. It was just the perfect length. Sometimes I don’t have the time for a very lengthy meditation even though I do do them when I have the time and enjoy them very much. This one was just perfect for starting my day.🙏❤️

Ending was brilliant. So important not to rush, but rather flow from the practice into daily life. Thereby holding on to the feeling we created.

Yesterday I filled in your survey - asking for more vagus nerve techniques. I guess I was asking too soon, because immediately afterwards this came out ☀️🌱🙏

I would love to try this however previous experience of yoga and Pilates is that I always feel really nauseous. Why might this be and how can I manage this please?
