Orthorexia? Huh, I learned something new from this. Definitely going to research and start talking about this when people talk about ridiculous diet plans

Secretly skipping meals for almost 30 yrs.
Often go without solid food for weeks on end.
I know I'm not well.

Why is this woman trying to start a fight with me? 🤜 🤛
And why did this “Rorschach” guy paint so many images of my parents fighting??👨‍🎨

I think the world would be a better place if people stopped policing the eating habits of others. Some people are just trying to figure out what works for them amongst conflicting health information and need some time to reflect on how certain foods or styles of eating work for or against their bodies.

i dont know if this counts as a habit but I'm super poor and I can only afford ramen with the occasional egg and if my tips are good ill throw in some veggies. i tried eating nothing but ramen for two to three meals a day (not using the msg packets, only my own seasoning, and always changing it up) and I started to feel really sick so now I just eat one a day as a meal for that entire day. I'm not losing or gaining weight just kinda staying the same but I know I don't feel as good as I used to when I ate two to three balanced meals everyday. the weird thing is though whenever I get enough money to buy stuff for a real meal I just end up wanting ramen, sometimes just a ritzyer ramen. is this habitual or just me being in my mid 20s and not listening to my body as well as I should?
