Without being disrespectful… Don’t these people have work or at least school? Like how do you manage to cook fresh, go for a 10.000 steps walk, write journal and to do list, look at passing clouds AND do household, work and studying in ONE day ???

You forgot most of us have 9-5 jobs and that makes it so much harder🤣

Some real tips that most of us can follow.
1. Use the stairs instead of the lift.
2. Walk to shops, school, work as much as possible.
3. Utilise your time while travelling to work to appreciate the nature around you. I usually do this in my bus/train ride.
4. Plan your grocery trips weekly or biweekly, whatever works for you and your situation.
5. Try to build relations. If you live alone, find others who live alone and and travel/buy together. This will cut down your travel and grocery costs.

Accomplishing all these goals is very realistic provided you have a good support system. Trying to reach for everything alone will lead to massive burnout.

I love it! Negativity gets us no where guys. We can make time for these things in our lives, doesn’t have to be all of them in one day! These are all important things that we should be doing just to be happy and sustain a good life!

Great advice. The truth is there are easy days and also challenging days. I think we can find time for important things that have to do with our health and well being. It's a matter of organising things focusing on that.

Just a reminder, guys: she is saying what some healthy habits are for HER. Healthy habits can be something as little as maybe spending less time on screens or trying to get more sleep. everyone has a different reality and that ok as long as you try your best to maintain the best lifestyle you can in whatever situation you are in.❤

It sounds amazing and makes you dream but then you face the reality in the shape of a 3 years old little destroyer son + work + cooking + add an untidy house to the mix and voila! That keeps you fit tho :)

There REALLY is the diffrence between pointing out something in the notes in the telephone vs marks it in your notebook. It never change. Paper is such a calm for me :3
