as a person who has sensitive skin acne prone, combination and oily skin I wouldn't gonna recommend to eat chocolate and other nuts😀the only way that can make my skin clear is by drinking lots of water, make sure to sleep early meditate urself so no more stress, do my skin care routine with cetaphil and apply sunscreen every 2hrs and yeah that is just for me 😁
