As a single mom and also a business owner, I agree that most of these goals are attainable. Except for multitasking.. that’s the key for us, common people, to get things done.

FYI: a night routine is the real key here!
I always struggled and could never get my attempts at morning routines etc to work until I started my night time routine where I get everything from the day’s plan to clothes to breakfast to even an upbeat energizing playlist ready for the morning before I go to sleep! Then no matter if you wake up groggy or refreshed, everything’s already waiting for you so there’s less mental battling and you can start your day with the best chance of success 🥰 Hope this helps someone!!

my routine is to lay in bed for an hour contemplating life, go to class functioning off of 3 hours of sleep, come home, study, cry, sleep, wake up randomly at 4am, cry, sleep and repeat

This is true. I have a very busy schedule and work full time but I manage to incorporate these in my daily life because health and how you set/end the days are so important

i felt like a robot when i started following a routine but omfg it really helps… it got me out of an incredibly deep depressive episode that i had for months. Now that the routine has become a habit it just feels natural. I WANT to do it onstead of feeling like im forced to do it

Oh why did i never thinking about that before?
I need to drink more water and having a night routine and all my problems and nightmare will disapear.

For people who think this is unattainable because of life:
Morning routine: make a sinple breakfast, have coffee, take a shower
Evening routine: read a chapter or two in a book, get ready for bed
Deinking water is self explanatory
Move yoyr body: can be incorporated into morning routine. Stretches, a couple sit ups/pushups/light exercises. Go for a walk on lunch break or after supper
Planning your day and be part of a morning/evening routine.

For people in school with homework: the same applies. After dinner go for a 30 minute walk or jog. Come back, get water, do homework. Ih look, youve also checked off multitasking and focusing, and reading.

Just because its 7 tips doesnt mean it has to be 7 serparate instances.
