To anyone reading the comments, please remember that for young, healthy individuals, you need to eat enough to maintain your basal metabolic rate, meaning what you burn doing absolutely nothing. For many people that is a minimum of 1200-1300 (around this amount of food) and that’s if you don’t move. With exercise and possible muscle mass, you’d be burning more. Just want to reinforce that this may work for some people, but it might not work for you to eat so little and maintain it. I wish I had known that when I was 16-17, now a decade later I’m finally at a good spot with food and health.

For anyone going off on the bread. Its about balance. If you dont give yourself proper carbs and calories. You will lose muscle.

The most important is the nutritional value, like proteins, fats and carbs.1350cal is not enough to get energy .maybe 1700cal can be a good amount of calories, and around 100gprotein .

Looks good! Breakfast is a bit light on cals but I know not everyone can stomach big breakfast. Only 1, 350 cals overall? Doesn’t seem enough for energy, bones and muscles and immune health.

is it healthy that yogurt? does it have proteins? it s not like a greek yogurt.. that s why I ask. I always was looking for better heathy yogurt alternatives than greek one, I don’t like plain simple yogurt taste :/
