The shower thing. You can start by having a Luke warm shower and a few minutes before you get out lower the temperature. Let your body adjust and lower some more. No need to shock yourself right away.

I LOVE COLD SHOWERS!!
They’re so refreshing and relaxing like I know warm showers are good but I love colds showers whenever I’m stressed or upset or maybe just for fun!!❤❤❤

On the shower one, what i usually do is to shower normally and the slowly changing the water temperature from hot to cold so it's easier for your body to get used to the cold☺️

Yes..i regularly take cold showers even in winter...it feels so good and fresh after that...that boost in blood flow is everything to make me feel energetic and happy💞

What helped me was making my bed straight after I wake up and let light into my room bcs I used to stay in darkness. Sun makes me have so much energy, also when the bed is made I don't want to stay on it anymore.
Anndddd I tried to not stay on my phone straight after waking up, bcs if I did so I would spend all of my day on the phone. I tried to get myself busy. The less I used the phone, the more I realised I don't really need it. After that I became so productive. The phone REALLY distracts us from living our real life. Or at least for me.
I hope this can help someone✨

It's been a month since I started taking cold showers, and it really works. These showers helped my body to become strong and almost vanished my leg pain.❤❤❤❤Love your videos you INSPIRE me sooo much

Day 17 of doing a cold shower! I get out of the shower in the morning feeling so refreshed and my skin is not dry! Tysm! keep up the content. Its amazing
