Started working out with you during lockdown after a bad separation and 50 Kg overweight. Hi Schellea (Your parents pulled out all the stops when they spelled your name:). ) I have been meaning to write this for a long time. Thank you so much for putting these videos together for us. I have just finished the 10 minute standing ab workout, the flabby arms and the toned arms workouts. I do these each morning and they are the first exercises I have really enjoyed and stayed with. I look forward to starting my day with them. 3 days a week I also do the dumbbell 5 minute arm workout. I am pushing 86 and I figure if it is good for 0ver 50's it must be great for over 80's. At my age I will never regain the muscle or tone but I do enjoy getting my body moving and trust it to bring a small improvement. Thanks again sweet girl.

Hello although I am not yet 50 I have terminal cancer, I have been sent home for palliative care.I have a baby and four French bulldog puppies and so I absolutely can not die.I have started to eat very healthily, and to start exercising to make myself strong ( I hope).The reason that I subscribed to your channel today is quite simply because I like your lovely face.I attempted this workout earlier and it floored me, although I had to stop once I did complete the session.Thank you from me here in England, and I am going to stick with this exercise, God Bless xx

I just recently found your channel and I absolutely love your 5 minute exercise videos. I am 65 and have been doing the toned arm video for about 10 days and I can already see definition in my arms and the crepey skin by the armpit area is almost gone! Thank you so much!

This 3 year old one is outstanding. Your instructions were sooo good and constant reminder about activating abs and legs was really really great. Anyone looking for arms with no equipment this is for u. It pays to search back older exercises. 10/10 this is incredible

Hi Schellea! I'm not in my 50s yet but I had a double mastectomy followed by reconstruction and have had trouble finding workouts that don't require pectoral major involvement. This arm workout is incredible and the burn is REAL!! Thank you so much for making such easy to understand and to the point videos. I'm looking forward to having toned arms again with your help! ❤

Hi, Schellea! I want to share with you and whomever is reading this comment a tip for firming the skin under arms, which helped me toning that area. I used a silicon massage brush, the one used to get rid of cellulite, which you can buy on Amazon. I rubbed/and massaged the arms until the skin became red. I have not done it more than one or two times per week, but still got results.. I used the same brush around my knees, especially on the inner part where I started having pains and it helped a lot. You can also use cupping massage for firming the skin, but btw these two methods I prefer brushing. Cupping can be painful and I am getting bruises very easily. So the idea is to bring blood to these areas. Blood brings nutrients and oxygen and revives the tissues. Hope this helps. Let me know how it works for you. Love from DC.

I absolutely love your 5 minute workouts. My dedication is so much easier with shorter workouts. I find I usually combine one of your 10 minutes with 2 five minutes exercises. I do the 10 in the morning and then the five minute ones in the early evening😊please continue to add more 5 minute exercises. This five minute arm tone really works my arm were tired but not sore just felt really good … thank you
