This a wonderful arm workout for beginners to start learning how to build up muscle in their arms however, just a reminder to all those who would like to loose some fat from their arms (or anywhere on their body), you CANT spot reduce fat, meaning you can’t target different deposits of fat and loose them. For example, doing constant sit ups won’t give you a flat stomach, doing constant press ups, won’t slim down your arms and constant squats won’t give you thinner legs.

If you are looking to loose fat, a caloric deficit, 7+ hours sleep a night and weight training 3 plus times a week is the way to go. Where you loose fat on your body is mostly dependant on genetics ☺️

I would just like to say I've been doing this workout for 2 weeks and- THIS WORKOUT My arms lost a lot of under arm fat and it's only been 2 😁😁😁😁

Okay this kills me haha i thought it would be freaking easy, but honestly this Workout ist really hard haha

update: i‘ve done it about five times per week so far one time per day and i really notice a difference!!!

update: i still do the workout, but i did not workout consistently since i have been sick quite a lot this year. Still, since i started this challenge, 9 months ago, i notice sich a difference!!!! i just love this workout!!!

I really loved this one I did this for 4 days right now but I did saw some result, I never got tired on the first day since this was really easy and i was amaze by your workout you did because i didnt got tired and it was also a lot of fun,

Thanks for the new workout. I was doing ur arms workout from almost 10 months everyday in a week(may have skipped sometimes). My kid also repeats your words😍.I definitely notice the front view of arms shape changed when I take pictures. I am looking for something which hits my triceps area.I still have the bulk muscle hiding there which can be seen when pictures are taken from a diagonal angle.

day 5:✅ it did not burn as much today, I could do all of these without stopping, it only burned a bit in the last 2
