when i first watched this i thought, "Damn this is gonna be so easy.." After the first exercise I was like, "I can't do this anymore..." 😢😢

Been doing this a lot, trying to repeat it 5 times! Major difference already in triceps after only a short time. Biceps not so much - first two movements feel like a great warm up for them before weights and to slim down and warm down, but if you're looking for something more intense this is a great starting point. If you can do this really well a few times over, you're defo on your way to building some muscle if that's what you like.

this is my favourite arm workout! but the second move is really my least favourite! i realise the transition from move 4 to move 5 is bound to result in some noodle arms but after awhile it gets steady! i still have to do move 5 on my knees as im not strong enough for the actual position! ^^ you would actually love the feeling after this short 5 minutes! :D

MY ARMS KILL😭 but it felt good at the end👍defiantly saw a difference at the after doing this everyday 5 times a week💪🏼keep going I know you can get through this😂❤️

I awoke this morning to discover that my triceps were SUPER sore from holding myself in place during the 1000 Ab Challenge for August 5th. I then went to check today's calendar workout & realized today is arm day & basically almost cried. 
*MY TRICEPS HURT SO MUCH.*

Loved this! Thank you! Also, question. If you don't often wash your hair because you're trying to grow it out, but you workout and sweat a whole lot everywhere, is it okay to shampoo the hair if you want to keep the natural oils still? Sorry if this is all too confusing.
