Join me for a 5 minute BARRE ARMS at home workout! All you need is a pair of light weights anywhere from 2-5lbs. If you don't have dumbbells at home, just grab 2 water bottles or soup cans! There will be no breaks today with 10 different moves for 30 seconds each. This is a WRIST FRIENDLY workout, so we won't be doing any pushups or planks today! So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik
